Hello, my name is Aziz and I'm the son of a divorced mother. She is really my superhero. That's why it's important for me to support women to share their uniqueness, their personalities, and their perspectives and emotions about this world. In these difficult times in human history, we need to bring the cultures of the world together. And when we listen to real people, to real lives of women from other countries, we connect our humanity without our differences or stereotypes, and we get inspired by their stories to live a better life. That's what this podcast is really all about. My guest today is Dylanges Soi Polova. Delia is from Tajikistan and has been living in Warsaw, Poland for four years. Delia has her own business, a real estate company in Warsaw, and she works with INCruises, the largest cruise company in the world. Delia loves to travel, and she found a way to help others to travel in a profitable and affordable way. Delia, how are you today? Hello, I'm fine. Thank you. What about you? I'm feeling positive. I'm feeling grateful to be alive and very curious about you. So I'll begin with this nice question. If your friends could describe your personality, what would they say about you? My friends, with whom I am friends, they are asking sometimes for me that I am very friendly and hardworking. I give everyone positive things to move forward because I have my experience for business, for life, and it's very impossible for another person, another pupil, to go more forward to the future. Thank you. That's really, really inspiring. And at a young age, you live in a new country, you live in Poland, and you started your own business. What motivated you to take this kind of risk, to go out of your comfort zone? What's the story of your business and of living in Poland? My life started when my parents decided that I must go to another country, to Europe, to study and to realize my life. I came to Poland alone, without my parents. I started my bachelor's degree and I worked in many places, like in many companies, but I understand that I can't work for someone else. I must have my own business, because I see that I have a leader-positive option that I must use. And why am I choosing this way? Because I want to live the life I want. That's really inspiring. Thank you for sharing, Delia. And can you tell me about how was the situation of adapting to the culture of Poland? I think maybe it's very different from Tajikistan. What did you observe? Was like some things about Poland and Polish culture that are very unique, that you thought, wow, this is different. We don't do it like this in Tajikistan. And how did you adapt yourself to it? My adaptation, for me, it was not bad, not bad, because I speak Polish language, I speak English language and another. When I came to Poland, but yeah, sure, here's more opportunities to travel and develop very nice people, because in Tajikistan also we have good life, but we don't have more opportunities to develop and to travel. For me, it was very good experience to travel more in other countries and to know more information about another cultures. I love that. And because you are speaking about travel, why do you personally love to travel? And tell me more about your work to help others to travel within cruises. What's the story of that? How did it begin? And what are your favorite things about it? How my house starts my way. I want every time I want to have my own company and I open the real estate where is working many people like five, six persons. And also I met a girl from the Internet and she offered me the company in cruises. And she said that it's a that's a big choice to traveling more and like a profitable and affordable way. It's a profitable and affordable way to traveling more. And she recommended me that they have in the little time, they will come to the Warsaw because this girl living in Spain, they came to Warsaw. Here they have the big event. I go there. I listen all about this company. This company is American company and American company, the largest cruise company in the world because and my child in my child life, I love to travel and I have found a way to help others to travel in a profitable and affordable way. Thank you. And you spoke about this girl from the Internet and you are living in Poland. How do you make new friends if you are from a different country, a different culture going to a new place? What is your recommendation? Maybe someone is shy and they listen to this podcast and they want to learn how to make new friends in a new country. What do you do and how do you speak to people so that they become friends? Yeah, I know. And I also have many friends who are very shy to speak with another pupils. But my recommendation for another pupils is always communicate with new people because with them you will get new again. Don't be afraid to make a mistake because the person from another culture with another language, it's something new for your life and for you. It's my recommendation for another person. Thank you. And as a businesswoman, as a female entrepreneur, what was the difficult thing about starting a new business? And is it the same like you imagined before? Is it different? Maybe other girls and women want to start their business. So what was your experience and what is your advice for them? Um, when someone is starting their own business, if things don't, if something don't work out for you, don't give up. No amount of hard work will go unpaid. Believe in yourself and move forward. Thank you. And Delia, what does it mean to be a girl from Tajikistan in 2022? What are your thoughts? How is your behavior? What do you do that makes you different from girls in Poland or in any place? Maybe someone doesn't have friends from Tajikistan. What would you say about yourself and girls from Tajikistan and how they are and their personality and attitude, even if everyone is unique, of course? At first, I am very grateful to my parents for many things and especially for my upbringing. People are, I don't say that here in Poland, we are, here also people are different. I have a lot of good friends from another countries, but we also maybe different about us and about another girls because in Tajikistan, we have another situation and also our, what around us also different, but here is Europe, here all girls are free, all girls are free, but I think also one reason we have another culture. Thank you, Delia. And what are your next dreams and next goals now? Do you dream of maybe living in a new country or growing a new business or social media growth to grow your brand or what are some things you are working on to develop in yourself and in your life for your future? Yeah, sure. I have a big dream in my future. I want to be a strong leader in Incrusus because we have, why I joined to this company, because here we have an Academy for leadership and I want to be a strong leader in Incrusus and I have such a job. I can live in my favorite countries of the world. It doesn't matter, Poland or America. And also, I want my family to live with me too. Thank you so much, Delia. This was my privilege, my honor, such a wonderful way to learn more about you and about your personality. And I really, really wish you success and all your goals to become true. Thank you for participating. And thank you for you too for your time and nice to meet you.
