E221 Krista Fält

Krista Fält is the first girl from Finland in this podcast.

Krista is a Bachelor of business administration, sales & marketing (graduated 2020), right now studying cosmetology. She is working as a beauty advisor at a cosmetic company.

Her hobbies include Music, singing & playing guitar: Krista has loved singing since a baby and right now she is working on making covers with a friend who knows how to make music on computer.

Krista loves cosmetics and doing makeup, she studies skincare so all things related to beauty are an interest for her.

One of her passions is self-development. She has been to therapy over a year now and it’s been really helpful for her. It’s a great tool for anyone who wants to become a better and a happier person. Krista gained so much confidence and started to know herself and to believe in herself and to know that can do anything she wants because she has got her own back and she is her own best friend. Hardships make you stronger and if she has overcome depression, anyone can.

Because happiness truly comes from within from yourself, not from any outside factors.
