And this is what this podcast is all about. Hello, my name is Aziz and my guest today is Victoria TP kina. Victoria is a Ukrainian girl from EU who is enrolled in the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, Victoria is a dancer with 13 years of experience dancing is her biggest love because it makes her feel she is in another world. Victoria is also a pianist, which helps her take away all negative emotions, and she likes learning foreign languages, and to develop herself and see changes in her personality skills. And situations. Victoria is an open minded person who loves trying new things. And most people, when they find out what kind of schedule she has, and how much she does think, wow, you're still alive? How do you manage all of this? And she always answers that she has been on the move all her life and she likes it. Her motto is, there are so many interesting things in this life. You can always take more than nothing. Victoria, how are you today? Viktoriia Tipikina 1:50 I'm good. Thank you. And how are you? Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 1:54 I'm feeling positive. I'm feeling happy and curious about you as a person. So I will ask this. If your friends could describe your personality, what would they say about you? Viktoriia Tipikina 2:08 I think they would say that I'm open minded person, talkative, funny, and always can help you they need my help. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 2:20 Thank you. And to understand better, what does it mean for you, a person who is open minded, Viktoriia Tipikina 2:28 I think open minded person is a person who always can be on a contact. Or you can feel free with an open minded person not to feel some stress, or you always understand open minded person, and she or he can help you wherever you want. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 2:55 I like that. But does this mean when you meet new people, you're open your warm you treat them like friends from the very beginning? Or do you have at the beginning, like a bid phase where people think, oh my god, she looks angry, and you need time to open slowly. Viktoriia Tipikina 3:16 I always try to meet some friends first. Like, I always first say hello, my name is Reka. And I'm always open, open. And people always say that. Thoughts. First of all, first, like, for syncing the I'm happy person. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 3:41 I love it. And again, you said a lot of people wonder how do you have such a schedule? I will ask this. Where do you get the energy? And how do you avoid burnout? And you know, sometimes people can do so many things that they feel tired, exhausted, and in a bad mood. So how do you stay positive? And how do you keep the energy flowing? Viktoriia Tipikina 4:08 I get my energy from the dance from dancing, because it's like dancing that gives me that energy or I also in dance and I can I in dance and I can be someone that I am not in real life, or I can take or become one person from film history or I can express my feelings in dancing and dance and return that energy that I that I have from a day. I also I know that some people from all of that style the work they do from day one there, feel diet? Not without, without any motions, but I like it. I like when I try to do some something you try to do something new. And I think it's begin with what I, I understand what I do. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 5:23 I like that and tell me about dance. Because someone who is not a dancer maybe doesn't understand how do you express and share your emotions and dance? Is it like the sign language where different movement and dance mean different emotions? Or is it what you feel that is translated because other people will see and feel what you're feeling inside? Viktoriia Tipikina 5:51 I think dancing, it's a feeling, it's like, based on your feelings, you can be the happiest person in them show your happiness, your dancing. For the people that make like, you can make them happy. Or you can just turn the music on and feel the music and started to dance what you think what you like how your thoughts express your thoughts or feelings different. For example, I always dancing when I tired somewhere or from another actions. I always dancing, like turn the music on and feel. Try to feel the music and dance in what I've seen. It's no matter. Like how you then you can then like, other robot or something else, but it's your style. You don't. You shouldn't be scared. Like what people think it's your you express yourself in dancing. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 7:10 Thank you. And who do you find if there are two dancers more interesting? A dancer who has amazing, perfect technique, but they don't feel the emotions, they're thinking they're trying. And so their technique is perfect. But the feeling is not there. Or someone with bad technique, but they're so full of emotions. Which one will be for you, a denser, your consider more fascinating. Viktoriia Tipikina 7:41 It's hard question because I can tell about one or two persons, or all of the dancers are different. You it's your personality and you express your personality, like how you know, but it I think it depends on style or how person dance I think more interesting will be person who express who is show, showing your emotions, feeling into what it won't be interesting to look for a person who is just good technique. I think it's more interesting to follow the person who show your feelings. Yeah, he his or her technique. It's not good, but I think it's more difficult to work on your emotions in them. But then technique then on your technique, but I think like I don't, you know, I can say that person who shows feelings, emotions and different versions of her personality. It's more interesting than person who just dancing. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 9:12 Thank you. And let's explore another side of you. What subjects did you choose to go to for University? Viktoriia Tipikina 9:22 I chose the subject which is not understandable from the first time it's some times of Europe. I hope that I will explain good and understandable it's subject which is connected with some thing with things in Europe. If I can express better when if I tell who you can be, but after the sun Just you can be like, work with brains, me, or you can work like Bolat, volatile, volatile energy in that way. Also, like something like that. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 10:19 Thank you and what interested you in this subject? How did you decide? Why did you decide on Poland? Tell me the story. Viktoriia Tipikina 10:29 In Polish it calls study you repay scam? This sounds interesting when I heard about it first I like, huh, something it could, it would be something interesting. When I listen one moment, a woman who told about that subject, I understand that I like learning foreign languages about some something. I like learning about life in Europe, for example, or in different countries. But it's student europejski. It's a Samsung device connected to Europe. And I understand that this subject will give me a lot of interesting. For my future life, I will learn learn about different countries or life in about life in different countries about politics in Europe. And it's interesting, I think, when you learn something new about not just your country, about different people, different cultures. It's interesting, I think, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 11:51 I love that. What do you think about moving to a different country, a different culture having to make new friends? Did you think about that? What is your plan? Are you going to join many dance studios to meet new friends? Do you think you will adapt to the culture and mix with people from all over the world or make friends who are Ukrainian what will be your plan? Viktoriia Tipikina 12:19 I think it's interesting to be in a different culture in different country, learn something you meet your friends, which is not like you. But I think that that way to move to another country, it's the lawns is one of the long ghosts thing that you do preparing because you need to think about that. You need to understand that you will leave in different country in in like different people. I think you you understand me and it's hard for the first time but if you choose one country country, which is connected to your and like you feel something similar emotions, like in your home country, or it's similar to your country, like in languages in culture in ways of leaving, I think it's more comfortable to to country which is which is connected with your I can say that in that way. But I hope I will find a lot of friends in different countries. I like to meet you people, which is it's so interesting thing meeting and I think I will continue dancing and improved myself in dancing and hope I will get some new, some new opportunity and hope that my dreams will come true. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 14:29 I hope the same for you as well. telling me about Ukraine, Ukrainian people their culture. Do you feel that Ukrainian people are more open than foreigners imagine or they need time to open up? How are Ukrainians different and culture to other European countries? Viktoriia Tipikina 14:54 First of all, I think that Ukrainian people all Race said what they think, always say what they think. Because, for example, I think that in different in another country, there's no people who will say, opened what they seen. I think it's it's its first thing which show differences between the Ukrainian people and and others. Also Ukrainian people are so open minded and they always give your health if you will meet these they will maybe it will sound strange but if you need it, they will adopt adopted you into the family, like you're the part of the family if you will need or you if you like, like guest for them. It's so amazing feeling when you thinking about Ukraine and people, I like to be part of them. I love to be part of them. And I love to share Ukrainian culture, nature and share to the other people who is in different countries like what is it to be Ukrainian? Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 16:36 Thank you. And as a Ukrainian girl who probably was there on February 24, can you tell me the story of that day for you? How did you hear about the invasion? What happened? How did you wake up? How did you feel? Tell me everything. Viktoriia Tipikina 16:56 It's hard. Memory is difficult memory because I remember 23rd of February were good and 24th February were recorded. In the evening of 23rd of February, I saw I have thoughts like I need to go to school, I need to prepare. I think so I think it was 10pm I get got the message from I got the message from my teachers and then on 21st of February in the morning, we will hurt we will listen and let lecture about what we need to do in different situations. But I got up at 6am. And my dad said me that got up. The war is coming as the war is start. The war starts. And it was hard to understand where like what happens you someone had thoughts like I need to go to school, I need to go to English School. Today's I have my English lesson. What I need to do, like you don't understand what happens. You start into this understand, you started to understand what happens on the next day or on the third day like you don't you, your brain can't take the information you just okay. When your parents told you that you need to do take something to make a baggage, you don't understand what you need to take with you in different you don't understand to what you will do on next days or in what will happen in next hour. It's hard. It's very hard. Also I remember that on next. I think six hours we were charged with my classmates like what happened. Every everyone is okay. I remember the 7am I wrote to my best friend. She eat she now. Now she is living in dance in Poland. I wrote to her that we're in style Words started. And I sometimes found these message and I returned into the day. And it's hard. It's very hard. So it's unbelievable that we leave now, in that situation in a world where something is happening every, every week. Not every month, every week, it's hard to understand. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 20:32 I agree with you 100%. Then all I can say is Slava, grainy. Viktoriia Tipikina 20:39 Slow, thank you. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 20:41 And in these six months, did your personality change somehow? Did you learn something about life, about enjoying the moment or different thinking that maybe you can share so that listeners can learn the same? Viktoriia Tipikina 20:57 I understand that I have changes in my personality every day, maybe not every day, but every week, I change a lot from the that moment that were, start. And I live it changes because in different, like, you understand where you were, you were like, don't really stick where you hide your real emotions. And now, you can be quiet in different situations, you understand that? Life is short, and you want to, you don't want to make your life with different people, which is are not good in life, or which is not good with you. I can recommend that. Don't be scary, of your changes. You need to understand them and to live your life as better as you can. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 22:20 I agree. 100% Thank you, Victoria. This was my privilege. My honor. I appreciate you participating in this project, and I wish you success, peace and success and good results and your studies. Viktoriia Tipikina 22:39 Thank you so much. I wish everyone to have the best life because life is shorter than you imagined.
