Oh hello my name is Aziz and I am the son of a divorce mother she is really my superhero that's why it's important for me to support women to share their uniqueness, their personalities perspectives and emotions about this world in these difficult times in human history we need to bring the people of the world together, and when we hear the voices of women when we listen to real life of women, from other countries, we connect our cultures without differences or stereotypes And we get inspired by their stories to live a better life that's what this podcast is all about my guess today is Alexandra Bogle at a little farm. Alex is a Ukrainian living in Dubai since 2015. She is an internationally certified personal trainer, a nutritionist and health coach as well as managing a ladies only premium gym in Dubai. She follows her passion about fitness and healthy lifestyle so in her weekly routine she's a very active person. Alex goes to the gym on a daily basis and likes to spend quality time with her friends like playing tennis going block more than 60 km cycling weekly running doing yoga and other activities she likes to explore countries. And cities so whenever she can take a couple of free days, she likes to travel somewhere for a short trip. She is very fond of learning, new things about health and recent research and medicine so she can deliver even better quality to her clients and then the past two years of her life, she did study health coaching and integrative nutrition. In general, studying and learning are a constant part of our life. Alex is happy to be part of changes in fitness and wellness approaches in the UAE, and to motivate, create and grow with the community of the physically and mentally strong local ladies, she has more than 750 people who she helped with her health and wellness off-line, and it motivates her to go further and go more in order. Order to be able to support a bigger number of women online as well as men who are looking to step into their healthier lifestyle Alex how are you today? I guess is I'm very good. Hope all is good with you. I'm so happy to be with you today on this podcast meet you I am happy I am honored I'm lucky and I'm really curious to know much more about you as a person so I'll begin with this nice first question Alex, if the people who know you are a lot and know who you are, could describe your personality what would they say about you? I think they will say is that I am a white friendly and. It's easy to approach me and I am I am very helpful to people and I hope they will say is it is there fitness specials that's from me I love that. I actually have so many questions about this, but I will begin with that specifically why are you so passionate about fitness? And did you have periods in your life or may be family members who have struggled with their health and that motivated you even more to have this passion or why is it such an exciting topic, subject an activity for you. When I was 21 I actually had down some health issues when I was continuously losing weight and the doctor said couldn't help me what's the best doctors of the brain and that was the time when the I understood that I have to help my self so that was maybe my start with Dorian what about the human body bags and T-shirts about how I can support myself yet in order to stop losing weight and it all comes from that time it took me around three years to help myself little bit to help myself with them, stabilizing my weight, and from the time I started To get my second education which was like a physical location and fitness Academy and goal more inches in addition to fitness and basically because I can understand how sometimes people can be hopeless and they can spend a lot of money. They can spend a lot of time by trying to go to different specialist for different doctors and understand how to help them self and steals. I cannot succeed, so that's why I think I'm a perfect experience how you can. Make something that you need to do for your colon to make your passion and career and to be more and more into this to help the other people to help themselves thank you. I actually have so many questions about this, but I will begin with the one you spoke about how I believe it took you three years to stabilize your weight. A lot of people who might come to you and they need help with their fitness. Maybe they want to see results very very quickly they think oh wow three years that's such a long time I want it in one week or whatever so what is your advice to them or how do you help them have patience and understand that sometimes it's a journey that you do all your life and that progress can sometimes be slow but that's why it's consistent and that's why it's strong or how do you approach that motivation and may be the unrealistic expectation some people have that they will have a perfect body. Within three months or six months or less I would say is it to each person is different and it's really true that some people can't reach their goals ready for some peoples. It might take some time because it's all relates to our age to our old general health condition, so basically whenever any person is approaching me and the test. Goals in fitness for yourself up yourself oh I always start with my cat basically a dog just understand what they actually want why they want what is a history in their house what is the history in fitness and then as a fitness professional already? I have my picture how I can support the person and then definitely I will never promised them Sampson but usually we take one or two months first months. How's the budget? Will keep the progress how's your buddy buddy act? Certain type of fitness activity to certain type of the healthy habits And then we can make some predictions. Also, discussed months is very important to the person yourself to see if something that she hasn't your head about how she can't lose weight gain weight is the same house Shalva G will react on this, so basically I would say that. Is the day the client come up with their ass idea from what she actually wants where she is with your current health and fitness status and how we can see the progress in the future but I would say in my life I never have a clients cool come with idea of losing fast and they were they understood that they actually it will take some sometime and they were disappointed because I understand is it healthy habits which they're doing every day and say bring into their lives every day is a healthy changes How much more important in the long term perspective but other than to lose like extreme amount of weight in one once I understand that fully, and I want to return to this topic, but of course, as a Ukrainian woman, I have to ask you and I understand your perspective how walls that day February 24 were you? How did you feel? Did you believe what happened what didn't what was the story of that for you and how it emotionally affected you Well, then, it's quite a hard topic for me because all my family here were in Ukraine at the time, and to be honest, there is amount of messages, which I found that morning in my phone from one of my family and friends was like a Normas at the time I subscribe actually to a lot of telegram channels just to be aware of the news because It was it was actually quite hard and I almost didn't sleep maybe for about two weeks because of mental health condition was not really stable. I would say because I want a lot for my family and my families in different regions of Ukraine. However, we keep keep in touch with trying to communicate during the day and I will take it. Took some months to come back to more or less normal because until now your nose. That it's everything is not stable still and but I hope I hope soon because it's actually affect the mental health I single money I agree, 100% and I really wish for peace in the world and that everything will be good and OK and to ask about your living in Dubai how was it in 2015 moving to Dubai? How is getting used to the weather which is very different to Ukraine the culture and how do you feel about that life that now for so many years you're having in Dubai. What do you like about it? What is your experience I would say that. When I moved here definitely like seven years difference from now it's a you can see is a dramatic changes. If we speak about that and my field where I walk I would say is it what was seven years back like people were not there so she can't people were just they just want to be members of some gyms, but not that she's exercising and moving to now. Can see how many people
