And they will connect with a sisterhood of rare girls who encourage their success and support their dreams. That's what this podcast is all about. My guest today is Valeria Rosette. Valeria is a blogger, actor, fashion model, scriptwriter, producer and NST creator living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Valeria, how are you today? Hello, this is Sam Sogood. How about you? I feel positive, blessed, full of good vibes and very, very curious. I'm so excited about this interview. interesting what it will be because I don't know your questions. It's absolutely life. Always and thank you for that. So the first question usually I ask the same just to help the guests relax which is if your friends could describe your personality what would they say about you? I think it's the most close for them. I think if they will be describe me they will be talk about funny, positive sense of humor and a little bit crazy, I guess. - That's great. And I wanna explore your crazy part, but it also makes me curious. Do people who don't know you too well think about you as having a different personality than your close friends? What would they say? Do they think maybe you are shy or not, or you close to them or not? Like, is there a difference between how people know you when they're not close friends to you. - Okay, thank you for your question. With new people, how I communicate, I usually stop polite. I always heard what people to say me. I always interesting in them and try not to be aggressive for some moments that could be. And you know how it's been showing it. When some conflict start, I try to keep it down. - Yes, conflict resolution. It's okay. - Perfect resolution, I like it. And of course, I think that new people are thinking that they're a little bit crazy because even I've meet with new people, I can't ask make them something strange. For example, if I need to record my video, I can't stop anybody and ask in moments to stop there. And all that business and coming to my business. - I love that. I want to know about the confidence that it requires for that because often, even for all women, they will need to ask people for help. They need to do something other people say is crazy so that they go out of their comfort zone and find their potential, but many of them worry and they think, oh, what will people think? Oh, what if I'm offending them? What about you gives you the courage to do what other people will say is crazy, even though many women have this tendency to worry that other people will not like them if they are too brave and too crazy. My secret is so simple, it's not just about for women, it's about also men. I just don't have time. I mean I have a lot of business every day and my schedule is very very tired and if I need to make some video so fast, I don't feel wasting when some person comfortable to me can feel them and they will be me. It's too much time. I just ask first person that I meet on my way. Not the video, even just example in any situation like that. I understand fully and completely and to ask you even more, many people nowadays they feel tired. They're like, "Oh my god, I'm almost burning out." Maybe some women need to start something on the side like they become a coach or start a second project so that they don't need to do a job they hate. But they're like, oh, my God, I feel so drained. What gives you the energy with such a busy schedule in order to keep going and going and going, even though many people will be tired if they did half of what you do? OK, I understand the question. So first things, this is not my job, actually. This is my lifestyle. I create a lot of content, I make funny videos, I make stories and write posts, make new pictures and anything. And second thing is I don't feel that I'm on my absolutely perfect level right now, I mean financial level. So in order to continue to pay my rent, pay my bills, I should make things that I make every day. If I stop, I don't have money, that's simple. But probably if I will have amounts that I need actually, when I will be coming on this level that I want, I will do same things, but with another budget probably. I understand. I love that. And you took different brave steps in your life to move to different countries, explore new opportunities where if you don't perform, you have no money and you can be homeless. And many people will not dare to do that. They think, "Oh no, it's too dangerous." "Oh no, what if the worst thing" because they imagine the worst thing that can happen. What allows you to go after your big dreams and let's say now you're living your Dubai life? Although, like you said, if you don't create enough content, you will not be able to live okay. Is it just one thing that I can do well and doing every day? Yes, that's right. about another country is how I moved to another country. In first time when I moved to Bali, this is Indonesia, a beautiful island, it was just why accidentally, because I didn't plan to move to live here. I just came in on holidays for 14 days, but because coronavirus started, I stayed to live here for a while and started to make my blogging, collections and Instagram, TikTok, everything. That's why I'm staying here and didn't come back to my country. And actually after after Bali I wanted so much to move to Jakarta and I also started thinking that I should be preparing well because prices in Bali and prices in Jakarta is two absolutely different prices and I didn't know how I would be to move here but I also moved by chance because my friend who wanted to make a YouTube show invited me like your script writer and producer and we wanted to make content together. That's why she buy me tickets, pay for hotels and everything and I moved to Jakarta. Unfortunately our collaboration broke up but I decided that I would be staying in the city and after one month I collected 100 followers on my Instagram. So all videos getting viral viral viral and I get a lot of suckers. And after this I wanted to move to Dubai, because I already grew up from Indonesian level and I went to a new country. In Dubai it was before us on holidays, times and days now that it's very beautiful and very teach country with a lot of opportunities. And so I also didn't know how possible to move here. I also thought that I should should prepare, I should to grow up in my profits, you know, is the stuff, but also most just in one day, I packed my clothes, put my dog to bed sitter and my ticket to the bus, that's all. I'm not thinking what will happen. - I love that. And what makes you be so brave and not think about what could happen? Are you thinking that you're manifesting and the good vibes attracts good opportunities because you're a Bali girl now? Is it that maybe you have faith, you believe like God or the universe will always protect you? That's why you're alive. Is it because you have had difficult situations and found a solution and so you trust yourself? I think in the end, even when it's difficult, I know I will find a solution even if I don't know now. What makes you do that? Because most people don't dare. And I encourage more people to be more like you. Are they there to take the risk? Because no risk, no reward. I don't depend on anybody or any job. Probably this is also one of my main secret. I mean, I don't have a boss, I don't have a special job that I should do to come every day and I never had it. I tried to work but it was just two weeks and that's all. So I just work in my social media and I fought for myself. That's why I'm actually moving to any countries and moving in my life, because if I don't feel be moved, my thinking will be hyping with me. Nobody doesn't feel the same. Or later I should give you extra money. No, it is not hyping if I don't feel the same. So, and what's another things? What I believe in, I believe in myself. And I always work with my mindset and always do some psychotherapy, psychotherapy, practice, meditations. I can't say that it's helped to grow up very fast and it's a solution to become rich, but I can say that it helps to concentrate on your own goals and plans. That works very good in this part of me. But if you don't just do a bit of meditation and if you just will be doing meditations and do noise in real life, - It doesn't feel bad. - I love that that's very, very practical of you. I have another question, but I'll begin with this one because some people think and consider that if you are an independent woman who needs to create her bills, create her money, create her projects, that's a lot of masculine energy within you and sometimes it's too uncomfortable. I know you said, well, you have no solution, nobody's gonna give you money. But how do you balance your debt with your femininity? Some women in some places, they say, "Well, sometimes I work so hard, I forget how it is to be feminine." What is it in your experience? Do you consider that is to be true? Or you say, "No, right now I'm in my masculine, it's not a problem, I don't feel uncomfortable. And when I can, I will put candles and go to a bath or a spa and feel my femininity." Or how does it work? - Oh my God, actually I'm working with this problem because before I had a lot of problems communications with men. I should do a lot of stuff and it's really hard to communicate. But now when I understand that all my content, all my actions, it depends from my femininity, from my sexuality, from my attractive face, I understand that I should find connection and And say it's just my part, yes, I understand that is it also exists. Great. There are some like spiritual teachings that say you spoke about sexuality, that your sexual energy is actually the source of creativity, that you can use it and create with that. How was your experience with it? How was your process? Because you said you're very good at being creative. How is that energy used? What do you believe about it? And do you think that all women who are artists, if they're great, There is a part of their sexual energy that is used in their creative process. What is your perspective? Oh my God, about sexual energy. I can't think too much. Actually, it's not just my energy. It's the main energy of every person in this world. This is the most strong energy that can help you to grow up and to make all your plants true. What about my energy? Yes, I have it and I use it in my content and in my life, of course. And every action that I do is starts from from from me, from my energy. One hundred percent. And so far, I don't hear anything crazy about you. You said people describe you as crazy. What do you mean with that? Do they mean that you are always outside your comfort zone? Do you mean do they mean that you're unique and your behavior is different to everyone? Because what is crazy to you? Is it that you're impulsive? But then I don't think so. Because you have projects and therefore you're planning and organizing. Tell me a bit more about that. And do you believe that more women should be in that way and have the freedom to live that part of their life? Or you think I have it, but it's so hard. Or I don't know how you would say. Actually outside of my comfort zone, it's my comfort zone. I always try to do some new actions in order to not to be just in comfort zone. What's the most crazy, crazy things? I always like to make crazy surprises and don't say noisings, what will be doing? For example, I bring my friend to jump from parachute as though she afraid it. And I forgot to say, here's a little jump from parachute, I just booked and say, come at four, we will do some interesting. So she just trust me and we going to end jump. It was very funny. What about another woman? I have a second question about another woman. I think that every person has a special way in his life or her life. And it doesn't mean that if I do some stuff by myself and it doesn't mean that another person should make absolutely the same actions. Because if another person will do same actions like me, it doesn't mean that she or he will get same results. Because results depends not just from actions. It depends on your mindset, from your mindset settings and from your genetic programs. If you're working with this, you should start work first from this, and just after you fixed all problems with your now with mother, father, with genetic program, and your setting, your mindset, you need to make another actions in real world. So that's how it works. Because if you do some actions, but you don't fix it, It will be a shit. I love it. And do you believe that you fixing it on your own is very effective? Or is it because you don't have the money to go to a therapist? So they're like, I'm saving it. What's your recommendation? Do you believe that anybody maybe with journaling, with meditation, doing it on their own, it can be as effective? Or in your situation, if your financial situation had great levels of income, you'll be like, I don't do it alone. I'll hire the best therapist. or how is it for you or coaches or something? - Thank you, I think we, all people should learn every day and every stage of their life. It's not like you have just some stuff to learn and that's all after you learn it, you will be amazing and perfect person. No, I think I learned just zero, one persons from all information that I want to learn. And always in any stage of your life, you have information that you should learn and believe in it. I agree, I understand that every day you believe you want infinite knowledge and you only know so far 0.1 percent and I'm saying you are 100 correct. Yes. So I'm asking another thing about people. You moved to different countries, you made new friends in different places, but how do you find the right people or how do you know if a new person that you meet, you think this is my type of person and this person is a good nice person but not for me because you love being crazy which is great. Do you tend to love being around other crazy people so that you are like fire together or with calm people so that they calm you down? How is it for you when you meet someone? What are you looking for? Is it chemistry and just the right vibration, what is it for you? Actually, I don't look at anybody. It's like I'm going outside and thinking, "Oh, today I should find five new friends. My goal for today? No, it doesn't exist." I just, when I meet new people, I understand from first my look on them, it will be a good friend for me or we don't have any connection. Or we will have a connection, but it's like official connection, not too much close. It's probably a chemistry, how we thought, I don't know. And actually I find same people, with same directors always, with same mindset. I don't know how it works, but actually it works. When I meet the new people here, I understand, ah, before I had absolutely same type of my friend in Russia. - Thank you, Valeria. I'm really, really happy to have you here. You have a lot of wisdom. You are someone who, I don't know, maybe you're channeling some spirits of old wisdom, or you are someone who thinks a lot and very, very well. So I'm curious to know, what is your advice for other women who might not be living to their potential or they're living in a time where they compare themselves to other women and they think I'm not successful like her. She is in a private jet and a yacht every day, drinking champagne. - It's a very good question. Actually, I'm a decayed person And in my Instagram and also social media, I don't show perfect picture like girls. Today I'm in a yacht tomorrow, I am in a restaurant. Yes, today I am in a yacht, but I'm also not that it's a rented yacht. Yes, I am in a restaurant, but I'm also posted this collaboration in a restaurant that I don't pay for this. And I show how I live now in UAE, for example, When I lived in Indonesia for same money, I rented absolutely perfect penthouse, you know, with panoramic view, panoramic window, it was very beautiful. Now I live like homeless person. Like I show my flat and I made blog about my flat. So I show real life and the show how everything's changed. So woman can to say that I'm just was born perfect And every single person is absolutely no. I love that. That's a lot of honesty. What encourages you to show your real truth? There are people in the world where if they have fake personality in Instagram, then they don't feel bothered by haters. But you are someone who is very honest and open. And to many people, when they have haters, when they are honest and open, it hurts them in the heart very, very much. So what perspective or mindset do you have so that you're not hurt with negative comments and haters? I don't have too much negative comments actually. Before, when I just start my Instagram and I tried to make my posts and stories in Russian language and tried to find Russian outgents, yes. Every comment was, but when I switched my focus and started to collect not the audience, like foreign people, I got just maybe 90% of positive comments. Nobody, because everybody, you know, everybody busy with their own life, nobody doesn't really post me a very, very big negative comments. Yes, sometimes when my videos get in collateral and I get some absolutely viral story, like what's in Indonesia with Kat, Kat, Kat, Colin, I got a lot of haters comments as well but previously more of them was good and I can't say that I have too much time to read comments I just like open it for scrolling I'm not read scrolling but put like scrolling but put like I'm good vlogger thank you so much for that just a final question what is your ambition and big goal that you're working towards do you want to create your own movie Do you want to create a production company in Dubai if you could? What is something that to you will make you feel you are at the next level, the big goal that you're working towards currently? Oh my god, I think I never will be feel like this because on every level I will be feel that it's not enough and I want more, I want more. I mean we all human, we always feel like this. Okay, levels that I want right now, I want so much to find investors and create a movie from my scripts, because I create a lot of scripts for TV, for series, for films, for music, videos, but all of them of course need a budget. They can't do to handle it just by myself. That's why it's now on the browsers and I concentrate more on stuff that gives me money right now on blogging, content advertising and kind of TikTok. So my main goal is 1 million followers on Instagram, 10 million followers on TikTok right now. And I want so much to monetize YouTube. But on YouTube, I don't have also too much time to make a lot of stuff. But I believe that someday I find that it will define more big team and a little bit of delegate function like assets to my personal, you know, in my main goal, like I'm actually in Yoyi, I want so much late role in commercial movie. For now I had already my first role in a festival movie, in a short movie. It will be released soon, but I want so much feature films. Thank you so much Valeria. I wish you to create your dream to produce all your ideas into reality, to have all the roles in commercial movies and to get your own penthouse in Dubai even better than the one in Indonesia. Thank you so much. Yes, I hope this happened. Thank you so much for participating. It was very interesting and I wish you all the success. Thank you so much, Jesus, for this interview. I really enjoyed it. in conversation with you, I think it will be good and useful for lots of people that watch and view. (upbeat music) (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
