Irina, how are you today? Iryna Ovcharenko 2:13 I'm fine. How are you? Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 2:15 I'm feeling optimistic, Happy, lucky and very curious about you. In a way where I will ask a very simple question. If your friends could describe your personality, what would they say about you? Iryna Ovcharenko 2:35 was a difficult question. But as soon as they can say they can say that I'm so happy sometimes so I can have a hard character but I'm very kind Thank you. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 2:57 How can you both have sometimes a hard character and be happy and kind to someone else from another place? You know I don't know if in Switzerland when you are there people say you have very serious face or poker face or bitch face or something. But how can you both be happy kind and have a hard character sometimes Iryna Ovcharenko 3:27 you're up sometimes I can have a bitch face like people from Sweden like but I always work with my friends 10 different events and sometimes I must control my motion and I always help this organization but I understand that my events or my volunteers project it's like my walk so I must be happy but are like crazy happen. I must control my emotions I must control my see myself and sometimes I have a rules of events. It's rules about my chapter because I can I like my friends. But sometimes my friends can for God about us and in bands. I think you assume that we can have work with our friends, but not all work. But the friends can forget about this or people can So different situation first can make can say from another people. Please say our directors that I will be later you can help me with this. It's normal because your work with our direct but sometimes it's, it's wrong. So I think that I should have had chapter Thank you. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 5:29 I understand that very much that you want to be professional when it's a professional situation and you're more kind and friendly when it's not a professional situation but just friends haven't fun. Did I understand correctly? Iryna Ovcharenko 5:50 What do you mean? Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 5:54 What does it mean for you to be a woman? How do you describe it? Is it an energy? Is it a personality? Is it something in action? Iryna Ovcharenko 6:10 Oh, sometimes be woman. It's so difficult, really? Because I've seen that woman don't have to do anything just for men. I think is a woman master meta about this. But short sedation when the woman can say, oh, today I'm so beauty. I think that my boyfriend can likenesses. But no, I think No woman can make makeup. Or can buy a new dress. One day Ben. Zan, virmani Moses. And also, I say that a human can own their business and manage companions, different companions are created. Created big project. But sometimes if I can say that, Oh, business rules. You like the monorail? Yes. Then they can say Yeah, so like money. But I also like my work. But sometimes the man didn't understand this. They're all men, almost part of man can say that. It's on the business woman, it's on us. icon or maybe face? False face. But it's not true. I see. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 7:50 Thank you. And what gives you the energy to be part of all those events? Plus you study and you work and you do many things? How do you have energy for all that? Iryna Ovcharenko 8:08 Migraines, allergies, and sometimes my collaborators, because my style of my collaborators can say, oh it's impossible, or no, you can have a bad English or sometimes I have a bad communication skills. And then most part of my colleagues can say isn't impossible. I know you. You couldn't do this. It's not really. But I think that we can do all what without and are some Muslims. It's my motivation. Because really, we can dream. If we can dream, if we can think about something, we can do this. It's really motivation. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 9:10 Thank you. And how is the culture in Switzerland now compared to your life in Harkey? How are the people similar or different? Iryna Ovcharenko 9:27 It's difficult question because I change my atmosphere. And I change my city, my country. And of course I can say that people from Ukraine and from Switzerland It's difficult. It's different people. But also I can have different conversation with this population from Switzerland. And so we could say this people is very nice and very happy. I Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 10:03 think you and you spoke about like how the relationship between woman and man and the business woman or ambitious woman do you believe that for you? You are attracted to more bad boys with drama and emotion or what kind of man do you feel is most for you your kind of person Iryna Ovcharenko 10:33 Yes, of course they have a bad voice sometimes abusers voice Yeah, but I tried to just speak with this boy because if we want to do something or if you want to create business or project we must speak with people who can support us Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 11:12 thank you and how was for you that first day of war in Ukraine? How did you experience it? What happened? How did you feel and how did it change you Iryna Ovcharenko 11:31 know DEVAR began I woke up at 5am o'clock because I had one column from my grandparents because as a freight zebra freight and is a dolt means that I must think about water about my documents and that should create and complete my baggage. It was difficult because I here to warm beach mostly on my house. But I didn't cry. I only thought about my parents about my grandparents and understood it I must control my emotion. Yes, it's difficult question. Yes, it's hard to creation. But I see is that element of family in each one family must be a one girl or boy who can control the emotion. It's important because when zebra began I was always nervous my family and we really was like one family one big family which can that all people who can say something bad for us? About us? Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 13:30 Thank you stay. Yes. Tell me more. Iryna Ovcharenko 13:36 In the first day there was a river in the metro. Sometimes it was difficult to because so many children and many people cried always cried. And sometimes they really are like crazy Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 14:07 Thank you. And what do you think about all the millions of Ukrainians that are not in Ukraine now they left to go live in Europe, North America. Other places do you feel and think they will return? Or because they're starting a new life and new education? Maybe they will stay outside Ukraine even when the war finishes? Iryna Ovcharenko 14:43 Yes, many people from Ukraine so left their house, their cities, our country. But I think that now these people must remember about their life. If life and they should try to create a new life. Now it's important because we must remember that all of our was near one year, two years. It's important now. Yes difficult because you must change your habits your city, sometimes we should change language. But I assume that Ukrainian people can go to work on different hotels or different events and help Ukraine now. Like information Oh, sometimes so many people now help in finance first Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 16:08 thank you. And even for you, what do you do now to feel like Switzerland or any place you are begins to be your home? How do you strike distract yourself from all the stress all the bad news, so that you don't sacrifice your mental balance? Iryna Ovcharenko 16:46 Going to be in balance, but I must be balance in so it's like, first? My goal. So usually, I listen to music, or dancing. I continue on dancing. Yes, it's important because it's my harvest. I couldn't continue to walk in because now I didn't have a June. I didn't have Mike to hear from clarity from Ukraine. But I continue on the walk in no Cowichan. And also, I always speak with my friends Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 17:40 Yes, that's a very important thing. So to ask you. How do you believe the friendships will continue? If people are living far away? Do you think that with time friendships will be lost because of this war? And maybe some people will be lonely or start new friends? Or do you think that because of the war and the pain together even after some longer time friends will stay good friends and close and strong Iryna Ovcharenko 18:26 assuming that people should continue on creative no new relationships between there and population from country which they now live on. But also with my support, support our Savitch live Ukraine which decision not leave Ukraine and continue to be in our city. All friends, all friends. I think even people can reach who can talk something bad about us? Because now Ukrainian people like really like one country. The first of all, all people can say oh, yes, it's a pain. Oh, yes, it's important. But no, no 100 person but now. I really like my Ukraine like country because now on all the collections on the plane, really support us. Support to get each other. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 19:46 Thank you and I know you're involved in girl to leader project and you're wanting to be a business woman and the leader. What does it mean for you to be a leader And why is it important for girls to develop leadership skills? Iryna Ovcharenko 20:12 So me as a leader is a person who can motivation, different groups. And also for me later it's a person who didn't afraid and who can responsible, who can be responsible? And who can sin about something, and this person should have zero opinion about difference station. I think the woman must improve their literacy skills. Because no mas think about our lives. Yes. Sometimes our parents can say can say us that, yes, I know they want to be a teacher or you want to be the doctor is a doctor, but it isn't popular professional, maybe isn't the kind of profession sometimes are good. And sometimes our parents can say, I know better than you. But no, it's our life. So we must improve our life. And we must always think about our knowledge. You must think about our life because it's our life, not our parents, not our friends. And I think the leader skills it's such skills which can help to us with our dreams. Thank you and Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 22:17 since you're speaking about dreams, now after the war is there you're in Switzerland, things are chaotic. What are your dreams now? Iryna Ovcharenko 22:35 My first thing is it's a virus Ukraine will be and it's my pain ring, of course. But also I dream to have a more France from Switzerland. So I wanted to have Nvidia since fentanyl learn. So if I want this, I do this. I hope that in the future, after one month, six months or one year, we also have a conversation with you. And then he asked me do you create your business? How your company I hope and I believe in this because yes, we must remember about Ukraine but all people which leave Ukraine remastered continue to live it's important and it's your chance so Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 23:52 yes, I really hope for you that your business will start to that you will have safety that you will have progress and success and for your crane victory and Slava okra uni.
