Oh hello my name is Aziz then I'm the son of a divorce mother she is really my superhero. That's why it's important for me to support the amen to share their uniqueness. Their personalities perspectives, and emotions about live too many women in this world feel alone they worry about the judgment of others, and they struggle with their mental health, but when they listen to the rare girls podcast where empowered women share their voices and tell their stories, many women will feel inspired to live a life of freedom, and to overcome all insecurities, they will feel. It is a safe space to find their confidence and to remember that are unique beauty and to feel their self worth and they will connect with the sisterhood of rare girls who encourage that fix phones and support their dreams. That's what this podcast is all about my guess today is eyebrow jacked real Nikki is the Syntech entrepreneur. The founder of I project a real brand to inspire others to become the best version of themselves by leveraging their natural talent than being authentic with her transformation program. She became an MMA practitioner after one year lost 30 kg and reinvented her cell Nikki how are you today? I'm doing very well Aziz thank you for the beautiful introduction. How are you? I feel positive I. I feel blessed and very courteous about you as a person another brand, so I'll begin with this nice first question, which is Nikki if the people who know you both could describe your personality, what would they say about you and what they say about your personality changed before your transformation, especially and weight loss, and MMA. I think my the most important part of my transformation program was to discover myself because I've always been the same person but after my transformation program and I'm still in this and in enough, obviously growing in this transformation program, but I've always been the same person so The closest people business people, personal personal life people would say about me that I have a colorful personality that I live life with joy am that I am a perfectionist, and I think the number one character that I have is that I'm very disciplined thank you for that. I have so many questions and I will ask him this way. There are many women who are currently may be they live their life according to the expectations of society or of other people, but they don't really have or feel that courage now to go out of your comfort zone and live to their potential what can they learn from their story that can inspire them to really take a risk of living life in the way that the very hard ones and. Like what's your advice for them? I think I think that first of all, I think that every human being has moments bad moments in their life but I strongly believe that comes that moment that one moment in life when that person says I had enough enough is enough soul for all the women out there that I don't know struggle. They have any kind of let's say difficulties in overcoming difficulties in becoming who they truly are by true nature, becoming who they really are is. Decision, decision, and the commitment of that decision because Luke, we experience different kind of things to do in life and to be honest, we all we all we all have difficulties and we all want to progress to grow but somewhere we stay stuck but life is about progress in life is about girls, but if we do not think the decision to change, it doesn't matter which aspect give me something small doesn't have to be necessarily a huge transformational from being so before, for being an employee, becoming a self-employed over and entrepreneurial creating a brand we're having your own business Because every single small decision and change bring bigger decisions in big changes so in a nutshell to answer your question, I think it's about the decision and staying very committed to that decision like really really really want it badly thank you. I agree with that 100% at the same time you mention that you are a perfectionist sometimes some women they struggle with perfectionism because it stops them from taking action from doing things that they're not really 100,000,000,000% sure would work, so how do you balance your perfectionism with this ability to be an entrepreneur to try new things and drive yourselves out of your comfort zone. First of all, we are not perfect and it doesn't matter how hard we try we will never be perfect. We need to understand that embrace that and except that me being a perfectionist means giving 120% in everything I do accepting the fact that I'm going to fail because we feel we don't know everything we can't do everything because it's normal but this is how we progress and how we grow but in the same time sleeping well at night, knowing that you've done your best for that date, would you whatever that think you wanted to achieve work is in your relationship with your husband at home with your children, it really doesn't matter even if you open a smile in that day to a person that may be did not expect to receive a smile from you. It means that you've made may be a change a difference in the life of that person, so I am not perfect. I will never be perfect nobody ever will but I am a perfectionist in the things that I'm doing because I just want to be. Add my peek at my best on all the time you were asking me how do I balance that so it is difficult to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and I know that this sounds very stupid and crazy but the truth is by being comfortable with uncomfortable is how you really are chief balance, because life on what happened in our life it doesn't depend on us all the time it depends sometimes on bosses what does Bierman or even the weather over the country we live in and I don't want to go in that area where
